Location: Gate Parkway – Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Precision Imaging Centers is continuing to grow across Northeast Florida, and we are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Guest Ambassador to join our Gate Parkway team in Jacksonville!

As one of the first people our patients meet, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. Restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

Position Overview

As a Front Desk Guest Ambassador, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, assisting with registration and check-in, answering questions, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring every patient receives the exceptional service Precision Imaging Centers is known for.

This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

While the primary focus of this role is front desk operations and patient service, you may also have opportunities to cross-train and assist our clinical team with basic patient care and support responsibilities. A willingness to learn new skills and help wherever needed is important.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet patients and guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Register and check in patients accurately and efficiently
• Answer patient questions and provide information regarding procedures, appointments, and wait times
• Direct patients and guests appropriately throughout the center
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, technologists, and other team members
• Assist with scheduling, patient registration, and other front desk administrative responsibilities
• Educate patients about available Precision Imaging Centers services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
• Stock refreshments and patient amenities
• Encourage satisfied patients to share feedback about their experience
• Assist with patient flow to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience
• Address patient concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy
• Work closely with the clinical team to coordinate patient arrivals and appointments
• Assist with basic clinical support responsibilities when appropriately trained and needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing-related initiatives and community outreach when applicable
• Assist with reports and other front desk operational needs
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain efficient patient flow
• Participate in cross-training opportunities as needed
• Work collaboratively with the Gate Parkway team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, healthcare, or another patient-facing role preferred
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is strongly valued
• Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform general front desk and patient assistance responsibilities
