KBR is looking for Technical Solutions Specialist to be based in Dubai - UAE flexible working arrangements may be considered based on business needs. 

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Solutions Specialist provides technical and operational coordination for Asset Performance Solutions (APS), supporting the development and review of technical solutions for new business opportunities.

The role works with project teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to bring together the technical information needed for new business pursuits, while project managers and project engineers remain focused on client delivery.

As the Technical Solutions Specialist contact for APS Operations, the coordinator brings together technical and operational inputs and works with Growth Enablement to meet proposal requirements and deadlines. Growth Enablement remains responsible for opportunity management, pursuit coordination, proposal management, commercial development, document production and submission.

Technical Solution Development

• Work with APS Product Service Line (PSL), Consulting, Digital, Projects and Operations teams to develop practical, competitive technical solutions and delivery models that meet client requirements.
• Support technical specialists in preparing APS execution plans, operating models, maintenance strategies, transition and mobilisation plans, staffing plans and resource estimates.
• Gather and coordinate technical inputs from APS project managers, operations directors, project engineers and SMEs.
• Coordinate review by relevant technical specialists to confirm that APS solutions are technically accurate, operationally feasible and deliverable before sharing content with the proposal team.
• Identify relevant APS capabilities, methodologies, digital solutions, project experience and technical references for inclusion in pursuit materials.
• Maintain APS technical source materials, standardised methodologies and execution models for use in future opportunities.
• Coordinate responses to technical questions from Growth Enablement or clients, drawing on relevant SMEs as needed

 

Growth Enablement Interface

• Serve as the main technical coordination contact in APS Operations for the Growth Enablement and proposal teams.

• Coordinate delivery of technical inputs in line with agreed bid requirements and timelines.

• Provide agreed technical content and supporting information to Growth Enablement in line with the proposal schedule.

• Work collaboratively with Growth Enablement while maintaining clear functional responsibilities.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 
• Seven years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or a related environment. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation or document-production tools is beneficial. 
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional materials for varied audiences. 
• Experience supporting operations & maintenance, engineering, construction, or professional services pursuits is preferred. 
• Experience with growth platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, or knowledge-management tools is advantageous

Fraud Alert

Fraud has infiltrated the job placement market via the internet, email and direct phone contact. Attempts have included unauthorized use of KBR’s name and logo to solicit potential job seekers or to extend false job offers. Bad actors may mix in fake job advertisements with legitimate postings. These ads can include contact instructions and require job seekers to send sensitive personal information or money to pay for visa applications, processing fees, etc., in exchange for consideration for a high-paying position.

KBR will never ask for any sort of advance payment as part of the recruiting/hiring process. Candidate profiles are carefully managed to protect personal information.
