Learning PartnerBS5Long-Term Opportunity Full-TimeSeptember Start I am excited to be working with a Primary School in the Bristol area who are seeking a Learning Partner to work with pupils in a learning hub for children with additional needs.  This is a 2 form entry Primary School which has a very calming, nurturing and community feeling, where staff, pupils and parents support one another. This is a very diverse school where the curriculum is very open for Teachers to develop activities to meet each child’s learning preferences. The Role  This school is looking for a Learning Partner to work in one of their Nurture Hubs for children with learning needs. This room has 7 children from age 5 to 9 with another 3 Learning Partners in the room.  You will be supporting within the Hub in the mornings and then working 1 to 1 with a pupil in the afternoon, transitioning them into their year group classroom.  You will be expected to:  Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher and communicate clearly. Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil.Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment.Communicate and observe personal and learning development.Support children in a group setting, using objects to support and encourage learning.  Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
