Overview
Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done? Titan Machinery is looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Associate to help maintain a safe, functional, and professional environment for our employees and customers.
In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, and minor repairs throughout our facility. If you're a hands-on individual who values safety, quality, and variety in your workday, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs
- Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and ballasts
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Repair walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, locks, and other building components
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs for building systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Support exterior building maintenance as needed
- Document completed maintenance activities and work orders
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance or facilities experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking ability
