This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented culinary professional who is passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients, understands seasonality and quality, and can execute at the highest level.

Culinary Program and Ideal Candidate:

• Prepare daily lunch and dinner with a focus on healthy, ingredient-driven California cuisine
• Exceptional culinary technique, attention to detail, and consistency.
• Deep knowledge of ingredient quality, seasonality, and sourcing.
• Professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in respected, Michelin-starred as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef
• Able to travel for annual set plans that are booked in advance
• A passion for healthy cooking and letting outstanding ingredients shine

Compensation and benefits include an annual salary as a W2 employee in the $125,000-$150,000 range, discretionary bonus, medical, extensive PTO and negotiable relocation.
