Channel Sales Executive | Solar EPC
Position: Channel Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Industry: Solar Rooftop / EPC
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard EPC partners, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Generate business through the channel network and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new markets and expand the partner network.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, product presentations, and training.
- Share leads, pricing, schemes, and product updates with channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical requirements, and project execution.
- Track partner performance and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Solar / EPC.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and manage EPC/dealer/channel partner networks.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and good at lead generation.
