Job Description:
Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 1-3 plus years of project or program management support experience.

Position Summary - The PMO Consultant will support the Chief People Office (CPO) Project Management Office (PMO) within Bank of America, ensuring the smooth execution of HR projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.  With the adoption of AI, this role also will provide valuable guidance or input in the CPO Change GenAI prompt library.

Key Responsibilities:

• GenAI prompt library
  • Assist in setup and maintenance of CPO Change prompt library.
  • Assist in setup of Governance and maintenance routines.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement of routines around prompt library.
• Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of project records in support of the planning, execution, and closing of HR projects.
  • Track overall project quality and completeness adherence in support of project progress, adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and facilitate discussions with program / project managers to ensure alignment to GHR and Enterprise adherence to Change Policy and Standards
  • Manage multiple priorities and workload within established timelines
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between PMO and project teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across Change Team
• Process Improvement
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and templates.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in project management processes and templates
  • Identify and escalate opportunities to streamline existing routines and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project governance, project coordination or project management, preferably within Human Resources, Technology and/or the banking industry.
• Experience with CoPilot or a similar GenAI tool
• Experience or participation in the creation or maintenance of an AI prompt library, including any relevant experience in the governance and maintenance of such a library
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g.  SharePoint, Outlook, Excel).  Desired familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Experience with SharePoint creation and maintenance a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
