About the Role
Our Procurement team is fast-moving and efficient. We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Procurement Specialist to help us keep pace. In this role, you will be an integral part of the fulfillment of hardware and software license orders across our vendor partners, acting as the connective tissue between vendors, internal teams, and the people waiting on the equipment and tools they need to do their best work.
This is a fantastic entry point into procurement and supply chain operations. You'll get hands-on exposure to vendor relationships, order lifecycle management, and cross-functional communication from day one - with a clear runway to grow into more strategic sourcing, vendor management, or other procurement operations roles.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and meticulous with a high attention to detail.

What You'll Do
- Process and track orders for hardware and software licenses across multiple vendor partners, from request through delivery.
- Monitor order status end-to-end, proactively flagging delays or issues before they become problems.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for internal teams on order status, timelines, and fulfillment questions.
- Interact with vendor partners to ensure smooth, reliable fulfillment.
- Identify bottlenecks in our hardware fulfillment process and help design more efficient workflows as order volume grows.
- Support ad hoc procurement projects as our operations mature - this role will grow and shift as we do.
What You'll Bring
- Prior internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a similar function.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail - you don't let orders fall through the cracks.
- Clear, proactive communicator who's comfortable keeping multiple internal stakeholders in the loop.
- Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A process-improvement mindset - you naturally look for the more efficient way to do things.
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft VLC, TD Synnex, Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zone.
