The JOB:

Join the Engineering team at Little Palm Island and help preserve our private island paradise running smoothly. We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer with strong HVAC/A/C knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of resort maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of maintaining the high standards of a luxury guest experience.

To be successful in this position, you are a mechanically inclined individual who thrives on being a member of a team focused on providing an amazing experience for our guests. This role requires an individual with an attention to detail, one who is proactive and problem solving, all with a big smile. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Hotel Experience preferred.
