**Join BIA Hubs as Managing Director (m/f/d)**

We're BIA Hubs, a Berlin-based boutique group and the home of BIA, HelloCircle, and our Startup Hub. A lean team working with fast-paced clients across Europe: GetYourGuide, LiveEO, Novo Nordisk, Roland Berger, the City of Berlin, and a growing ecosystem of scale-ups, multinationals and institutions.

We operate across three business units:

• BIA – AI and change programs for large organizations
• HelloCircle – Leadership development for scale-ups and multinationals
• Startup Hub – Publicly-funded startup programs

Independent and deliberately self-funded, built on product quality and client relationships.

We're looking for an ambitious Managing Director to lead our commercial growth and shape what comes next.

## Tasks

**This is a senior commercial and leadership role.** Externally, you own our growth: new business generation, strategic partnerships, tenders, and market development. Internally, you carry the MD scope: strategy, team leadership, and operational oversight, with clear authority that grows over time.

• Drive revenue growth and new business: identify, develop, and convert opportunities across our target markets
• Build strategic alliances with organizations that open new markets and audiences
• Own our tender and RFP pipeline, from identifying opportunities to delivering the full response
• Lead senior client relationships and ensure delivery standards across key accounts
• Think strategy across channels and products, identify growth opportunities and drive them forward
• Partner with the founder on the decisions that shape the company: positioning, product direction, and organizational strategy
• Grow and empower the team, supporting their development and leading our internal AI transformation
• Gradually take on the G&A function: finance, administration, and organizational operations

## Requirements

**You are a commercially sharp, strategically minded professional with a track record of driving growth in a leading agency or consulting firm.**

• You come from a leading agency, consultancy, or professional services background, with experience building partnerships, developing accounts, and winning business
• You have strong commercial instincts and a proven ability to identify, develop, and convert strategic opportunities
• German at native level and English fluency — both are non-negotiable
• You're analytical, fast-moving, and hands-on
• You know how to leverage AI tools like Claude to drive real impact
• You're ambitious and entrepreneurially minded, drawn to the fast-paced dynamics of a 10-person team
• You bring enthusiasm and energy to your work and are genuinely enjoyable to work with
