EICAP - Chief Executive Officer

Base Salary: $109,000-$141,000 DOE, plus an annual performance incentive opportunity of up to 10% of base salary, resulting in total target compensation of approximately $120,000-$155,000.
For more than 50 years, Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP), headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, has empowered individuals, families, older adults, and communities to build stronger, more stable futures. Today, EICAP employs approximately 120 staff members, and serves thousands of residents throughout Eastern Idaho. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Significant executive or senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, governmental, human services, community action, or similarly complex organization.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, workforce leadership, community engagement, and organizational development.
- Experience working effectively with a governing board and diverse stakeholder groups.
