Senior Engineer Program Management Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Take responsibility for coordinating customer visits includinglogistics, internal preparation and de-briefing Support team in hosting and documenting customer meetings Support team in articulating plans and progress in a simple andstructured format to customer based on engineering / quality backgroundon sensor assembly and test procedures  Support project teams for customer specific engineering requests  Take over responsibility for customer specific documentation and dataprocessing in alignment with cross-functional internal team Team-up with other program managers to deliver key customer projectsas an active member collaborating with a larger program team Your profile You are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality,efficiency, and continuous improvement.  As a role model for opencommunication and feedback, you know how to successfully align withstakeholders internationally.  Your structured working style helps you to follow the big picture and contribute to the business success of theorganization.  Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, microelectronics,physics, or related studies combined with a good technical understanding  At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience in the field ofsemiconductor products, for example: experience in NPI, projectmanagement or quality  Experience with moderation of cross-functional teams and organizationof customer visits/meetings as well as direct communication tochallenging customers Excellent English skills and intercultural competencies  A solid know-how of tools and methodologies such as projectinitiation, planning including reporting and documentation, problemsolving frameworks (e.g. 8D) and stakeholder management  Experience in how to work with Module Subcons, MEMS technology, ormicrophones is a strong plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
