PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of this job is to create digital campaigns designed to increase ICW Group brand awareness, customer engagement and brand loyalty in order to support the growth goals of the company. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads the direction of the company’s digital marketing efforts

• Implements multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Utilizes a range of digital marketing platforms, techniques, and metrics including Email, SEO, Social Media, A/B Testing, Gated content/landing pages, Web analytics, etc.
• Collaborates with graphic, web and UX designers, along with field sales representatives. 
• Identifies new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of digital marketing developments, including mobile marketing.

Leverages digital media to strengthen brand awareness and engagement among current and prospective customers

• Creates content and executes effective digital marketing/media campaigns.
• Develops digital strategy that defines measures and increases conversion.
• Develops strategies to drive prospective customers to company web sites.
• Maximizes impact and effectiveness of company’s multiple web assets.
• Leverages and grows company’s social media marketing efforts.

Drives data usage in the department and for decision making

• Analyzes and tracks customer’s interaction with digital assets to drive increased brand engagement.
• Recommends and develops new online content to increase traffic, customer satisfaction, and sales.
• Collects intelligence regarding competitive marketing activity in the digital arena.
• Creates models for proposed marketing initiatives to drive ongoing improvements in sales and profitability.
• Develops meaningful metrics that communicate results and provide ongoing reports to management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred with a major or emphasis in Marketing, Communications or related field. Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience. 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISRATIONS

Industry specific certificates, licenses and registrations a plus.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Ability to develop content development, web strategy, and marketing planning.  Highly skilled at using marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Marketo) and working with enterprise CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce). Advanced social media marketing skills.  Demonstrated ability to analyze and present digital marketing data, create and execute email marketing campaigns and generate leads. Advanced skills in writing and optimizing digital content. Professional experience using a content management system, such as Word Press. Experience within B2B marketing and financial services is a plus  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Office environment – no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands and employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk and hear. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in an office environment and requires the frequent use of a computer, telephone, copier and other standard office equipment. 

The current range for this position is

$78,678.61 - $132,686.15

This range is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.  If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate, including experience, education and the location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
