About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
* Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
* Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
* Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
* Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
