The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established financial planning business with a close-knit team and a strong focus on delivering quality service to its clients.
They are looking for a Financial Services Administrator with around two years' relevant experience who understands the basics of financial planning and is keen to develop their skills further.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, is highly organised and would like to build a long-term career within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client files and records.
- Liaise with financial product providers and assist with processing new and existing business.
- Complete general financial services and client servicing administration.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and completed within required timescales.
- Assist with the smooth running of day-to-day office and client administration.
- Develop your knowledge of financial planning and take on additional responsibilities over time.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years' experience within financial services.
- Good understanding of financial planning terminology and processes.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks.
- Professional and confident when dealing with colleagues, providers and clients.
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn.
