Join us as our Key Account Manager, where you will play a critical role in growing our branded portfolio by turning brand ambition into winning customer plans. Working with some of our most strategic retail partners, you will build strong customer relationships, develop Joint Business Plans, and drive sustainable growth through excellence in execution, commercial acumen, and collaboration.
As the voice of the customer within the organization, you will partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving volume, profitability, and market growth objectives.
What You Will Do
- Drive profitable growth of an assigned customer and/or channel through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans and customer-specific growth strategies.
- Lead customer relationships and commercial negotiations to deliver sustainable business results.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and forecasting excellence.
- Utilize customer and market insights to optimize performance and unlock growth opportunities.
