Social Media Operations Specialist (Relocation to Vietnam)

Location: Vietnam (relocation required)

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media Operations specialist to join the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the content strategy and growth planning for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) in the overseas Mexican market, building high-quality official social media presence and matrix accounts.
• Possess the ability to build accounts from scratch in overseas markets, establishing account tone, content matrix, and fan communities from zero, while rapidly driving user growth.
• Conduct in-depth research on local overseas user culture, trending topics, memes, and entertainment trends to produce highly topical and highly interactive content.
• Plan and execute topic challenges, online campaigns, and community interactions to enhance fan engagement and conversion.
• Analyze content performance and fan behavior data, continuously optimizing content and operational strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Content Creation, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industry media operations or content planning and management.
• iGaming working experience will be considered an advantage
• Familiar with overseas social media platform mechanics and user growth logic, with the ability to adapt content across cultures.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Willingness to relocate to Vietnam
