Job Description

Reporting to the Malaysia Country Sales Leader, you will be managing key accounts in the Enterprise and Public Safety Direct Sales business in Malaysia.

The roles and responsibilities include:

• Grow MSI’s business of mission critical communications, command centre software defense and video surveillance and analytics in the Malaysia market

• Nurture existing accounts and develop new accounts and recruit new partners as appropriate

• Establish MSI as a leader in the enterprise and public safety market

• Build a funnel of opportunities in the following verticals:

o Police and paramilitary
o Defense
o Transportation (Rail and Airport)
o Energy and Natural Resources
o Utilities

• Experience of working with large accounts in several of the above focus verticals

Basic Requirements

• 15 years of experience which at least 10 years Sales in IT, Telecom or related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology is preferred

• Experience of working with multinational companies

• Good understanding of solutions selling in public safety or large enterprise domains

• Driven, results oriented, team player, fast learner

• Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills

• Experience of working in matrixed organizations
