- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal/external audits.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support payroll processing.
- Performing administrative duties.
Preferred:
- Experience with ADP/ADP Workforce Now NextGen.
- SHRM or HRCI Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance.
