Overview
As Head of Operations, you'll have end-to-end accountability for Fixatex's Frameworks & Partnerships portfolio worth £5m-£10m annually. You'll manage operations across fire safety equipment, security, electrical maintenance, compliance, and small project works. The role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team of 5 Contract Managers and their respective supervisors and engineers. You'll serve as the senior point of contact for key clients L&Q and NHG, with responsibility for client relationships, growth, satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities include P&L management, statutory compliance, CDM 2015 Principal Contractor duties, and subcontractor governance.
