Job Summary

'To support Business in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions, and coordinating between 'business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role includes analyzing the impact of system and process changes,'improving business workflows, preparing requirement and functional documentation, supporting t implementation activities, and governing the quality 'of technical deliverables before release. The Business Analyst also facilitates communication across teams, monitors project progress and risks,'ensures solutions align with business objectives, and supports continuous improvement through process optimization and stakeholder feedback.

Job Description

- Gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and operational impacts, translating business needs into effective functional solutions and strategic business initiatives. Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), process workflows, and functional specifications to support solution design, development, and implementation

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication, clear understanding of requirements, and alignment of project objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, deliverables, and timelines to support successful project execution and delivery

- Monitor and track project progress, issues, and resolution activities, while proactively identifying potential risks, gaps, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery

- Provide post-implementation support by monitoring solution effectiveness, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Support change management initiatives and facilitate user training activities to ensure smooth adoption and operational readiness.

- Identify and recommend process improvement initiatives and system enhancement opportunities to optimize operational efficiency, improve user experience, and support business objectives.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business analysis/documentation tools
