Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be comfortable working with financial data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/clients

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with GST and tax compliance
• Familiarity with financial reporting and audits
• Experience in manufacturing / trading environment
• Exposure to inventory accounting
