Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and record-keeping activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to the efficient management of finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile ledger balances and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit-related matters.
- Handle tax-related activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and related financial statements.
- Generate financial and operational reports as requested by management.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Utilize MS Excel effectively for reporting, analysis, and reconciliations.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Qualifications
- Part qualification in CIMA / CA / ACCA.
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role or experience working in a reputed audit firm.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
