Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and record-keeping activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to the efficient management of finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile ledger balances and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit-related matters.
• Handle tax-related activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and related financial statements.
• Generate financial and operational reports as requested by management.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Utilize MS Excel effectively for reporting, analysis, and reconciliations.
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Qualifications

• Part qualification in CIMA / CA / ACCA.
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role or experience working in a reputed audit firm.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
