Job Position: Accounts Executive
Industry: This is based wholesale and trading company, specializing in FMCG products such as rice, cooking oil, beverages, and toiletries.
Salary Package: USD800-USD1600 per month
Working Location: Vanuatu
Working Days:6 days per week
Working Hour:8 hours per day

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and payment schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for all financial records.
- Support management in financial planning and reporting.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SQL, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel or relocate overseas
