Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare invoices and delivery challans on Tally Prime 
• Prepare purchase vouchers and pass journal entries 
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up with customers 
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in coordination with the CA 
• Maintain vendor accounts and payroll 
• Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management

Requirements: 

• Graduate degree in Commerce (CA Inter preferred) 
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting fundamentals 
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace 
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and process-oriented
