Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and delivery challans on Tally Prime
- Prepare purchase vouchers and pass journal entries
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up with customers
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in coordination with the CA
- Maintain vendor accounts and payroll
- Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Commerce (CA Inter preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting fundamentals
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and process-oriented
