Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Hydraulics)
Working Location: Yishun Industrial Park A (5 mins walking from Canberra Station)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Insurance & Dental Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Manage company sales accounts, including technical system sales, product sales, calibration, and in-house services.
Carry out sales activities to meet targets, including client visits, cold-calling, preparing quotations and proposals, presenting products, negotiating, and closing sales.
Respond promptly to product enquiries and RFQs while supporting marketing activities when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, while identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales goals set by management.
Plan, track, and report weekly sales activities and forecasts in line with targets.
Perform any other duties assigned.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 1 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
Knowledge of hydraulics, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is an advantage.
Willing to travel for customer site visits when required.
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative to achieve sales targets.
