We're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help us attract, engage, and hire great talent. In this role, you'll support the recruitment process from candidate screening and interview coordination to sourcing and employer branding activities, while working closely with hiring managers and experienced team members. Responsibilities
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll contribute to creating a smooth, engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams while developing your expertise across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Support recruitment: Screen applications, assess candidates, schedule interviews, and assist throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience: Communicate with candidates, provide updates, and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand hiring needs, discuss role requirements, and help identify suitable candidates.
- Create and update job descriptions: Prepare job descriptions and publish job openings across relevant recruitment channels.
- Support candidate sourcing: Search for potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Participate in employer branding activities: Support career fairs, university events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment records: Keep candidate information and recruitment updates accurate and organized in our ATS.
- Use recruitment tools effectively: Explore digital and AI tools to support daily recruitment tasks and improve efficiency.
- Develop your TA skills: Learn recruitment best practices, stay updated on hiring trends, and continuously improve your skills.
