Responsibilities
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Conducting direct search and actively seeking candidates.
- Publishing and promoting job offers and analyzing application documents.
- Conducting phone screenings with candidates and actively recommending them in recruitment projects.
- Managing modern candidate acquisition channels and the candidate database.
- Participating in various HR projects (onboarding, employer branding, internal communication, training, events).
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in a similar position in an internal HR department or a recruitment agency.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of recruitment process standards and candidate sourcing tools and methods.
- Experience in working with ATS systems (e.g., icims) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to organize your own work based on business objectives.
- Strong communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in the advertising or digital production industry is a plus.
