About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing Australian painting and property services company delivering large-scale residential and commercial painting projects.
With a strong pipeline of confirmed projects and increasing demand, the company is focused on improving operational efficiency and delivery timelines so projects move through the pipeline faster and more predictably.
They operate with dedicated sales and production teams and are now investing in strengthening the operational coordination between these functions to support continued growth.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator : Scheduling & Production Coordination Specialist to manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery.
You'll coordinate project schedules, allocate work to painting crews through the Production Manager, and ensure projects move from confirmation to completion as efficiently as possible.
Reducing average project completion cycle timeline is a major priority for the business as it directly impacts revenue growth and operational scalability.
