We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for processing customer orders, quotations and other sales administration processes to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction. 

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Sales team located in Bangalore, India and will be onsite role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Generate quotations for customers and Process orders in CRM system, including case management with change orders, return authorizations, and expedite requests
• Answer customer requests, such as providing estimated time of arrival (ETAs) and connect with customers to follow up on quotations.
• Provide extensive support to the account managers daily to ensure maximum productivity, maintain CRM database with relevant information while performing other job-related duties as assigned, including tenders and office administrative tasks and Act as the final approver for orders without discount

The essential requirements of the job include:

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

·       Hands-on experience working with CRM databases and customer relationship management systems and Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, techniques, and reporting using MS Office and Excel.

·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with professional telephone etiquette.
