Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive our regional event execution and marketing operations. The candidate should be organized and high-energy, taking full ownership of the logistics, vendor management, and on-site delivery for major regional events while supporting our commercial expansion across the APAC region.

This position is based in China

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• End-to-End Event Management: Own the timelines, logistics, registration, venue setup, and vendor negotiations for major Greater China Region (GCR) and APAC events (such as ChinaJoy and the Mobile Masterminds Summit).
• Regional Market Activation: Support localized marketing campaigns, content distribution, and sales enablement materials for priority markets, including dedicated support for our Korea market expansion.
• Product Execution Support: Coordinate marketing activation and regional materials for existing Smadex programmatic solutions and emerging business areas, including our SDK solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Coordinate premium regional customer loyalty initiatives, client gifting programs, and relationship-building activities.
• Regional Marketing Operations: Maintain shared marketing calendars, track regional project budgets, and manage supplier documentation.

Skills and requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on event planning and marketing execution experience, ideally within the AdTech, mobile programmatic, attribution, or mobile gaming ecosystem.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required (for vendor, agency, and stakeholder management). Korean language capability is highly desirable.
• Exceptional project management skills with proven experience briefing, negotiating with, and managing third-party production vendors and agencies.
• Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently while aligning closely with regional commercial teams and Global Marketing.
