  • Lead direct reports and provide functional leadership to project team members. Set clear expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, support development plans, and build project management expertise through mentoring, shared standards, and practical learning opportunities.
  • Define quality expectations, integrate end-to-end testing, monitor defects and evidence, confirm entry and exit criteria, and lead acceptance and Go / No-Go readiness discussions.
  • Partner with change and operations teams to assess impacts, prepare users, coordinate training and communications, plan cutover and contingency, and establish support, stabilization, handover, and benefits ownership.

What you bring:

  • Strong command of integrated project management practices across scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk, governance, change, stakeholders, and benefits.
  • Experience working across matrix teams, operational groups, vendors, partners, and subject-matter experts without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Experience partnering with IT teams on solution design to deliver integrated Supply Chain and IT projects.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear executive updates, recommendations, decisions, and action plans.
  • Sound financial, commercial, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with predictive, adaptive, or hybrid delivery approaches, selecting the method that best fits the context.
  • High professional accountability, good judgement, integrity, resilience, learning agility, and commitment to inclusive leadership.
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, supply chain, technology, project management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
