What you bring

  • At least five years of dedicated BIM management or coordination experience in the AEC industry, with responsibility across multiple projects or teams.

  • Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans and quality control procedures.
  • A track record of delivering staff training, resolving complex model issues and improving digital workflows.
  • Experience leading clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination.
  • Expert-level Revit proficiency, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino and SketchUp.
  • An advanced understanding of VR, AI, generative and computational design, data curation and coding.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Science or Architectural Technology.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently.
