Fund Administrator (Superannuation )
Location : Wollongong
Description
We are seeking a driven and vibrant Fund Administrator to join our Contributions team in our Wollongong office! You will join a supportive and lively team and assist in the allocation of funds and maintenance of member accounts.
What you will be doing
Working on multiple systems
Account maintenance, contribution allocation
Responding to Promotor enquiries
Monitoring team mailbox
Working within SLA’s and Superannuation Legislation
Skills Required:
A can-do attitude and team player mentality
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as adherence to processes and procedures
Demonstrated drive and commitment towards attaining the highest possible standards
Willingness to learn
Strong working knowledge with Excel
