Location：Tokyo

Apex Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Fund Administrator to join our collaborative and inclusive team. This full-time Fund Administrator remote role is based in Japan and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package. Flexible working hours will be available upon request.

Job specification

• SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies.
• Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution.
• Review financial statement and notes prepared by accounting team.
• Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline.
• Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party.

Skills Required:

• Over 3 years’ experience in related industry including accounting&tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc in Japan.
• Experience and knowledge in SPC(TMK&TKGK) will be preferred.

• Japanese language (Native). English reading/written or above (an advantage) 

• Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill;
