Description
Competitive salary
Fixed term for six months
Flexible working options – including work from home
Build your project coordination career while helping deliver projects that help shape the future of farming across Pāmu.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Build your project coordination experience in a role that gives you variety, exposure to technology-focused projects, practical farm system improvement projects, and the chance to work with people right across Pāmu.
You’ll get to see how different parts of the business work, connect with people across our farms and support teams, and help deliver practical improvements that make a difference.
Working in the Transformation team, you’ll support a mix of practical projects across Pāmu, from farm system changes and land use opportunities through to business process and technology improvements, such as the Halter rollout, integrated future farms, and other technology-focused change projects. No two days will look quite the same, and you’ll be involved in planning, coordinating meetings, updating MS Planner, tracking actions, preparing simple project updates, and keeping work moving.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, the Head of Transformation, people across the business, and external stakeholders. A key part of the role is following up on tasks, keeping people informed, and helping everyone stay on track with what needs to be delivered.
You can work from home or from our Wellington office, with flexibility to connect with the team in the way that works best for the work.
This is a six-month fixed term role.
