Supply Chain Operations Specialist

The Job

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist – Order-to-Cash, you play a key role in supporting and continuously improving our end-to-end Supply Chain Operations with the focus on the Order to Cash process.

This role is part of the Operational Excellence team, a central function within Supply Chain Operations, dedicated to improving business performance through process optimization, standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The team works across the end-to-end value chain to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives.

By combining operational expertise, data analytics, process thinking, and stakeholder management you improve service reliability, drive efficiency, and play a key role in creating a seamless order to delivery experience. With your system and process knowledge you act as key-user that will train operational teams on newly implemented processes.

Your Mission

• Initiate process improvements in the order flow and stock allocation to ensure effective customer replenishment
• Implement and analyse performance data and process KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and root-cause analysis.
• Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new processes, system enhancements, and operational improvements
• Act as an expert for Order-to-Cash related systems and processes
• Translate business & operational needs into clear process improvements and business requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams to ensure consistent execution of processes.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to ensure effective cross-functional alignment.

Your Talent

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field;
• +3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, or a similar role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset;
• The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments;
• Experience working with SAP is a plus;
• Experience with process management, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies is a plus;
• Process-oriented and detail-focused;
• Proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership;
• Comfortable navigating complex operational environments;
• Strong communication skills;
• Professional proficiency in English.

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
