About the Role
We’re looking for a Parts & Purchasing Coordinator to keep operations running at full speed.
This role is the backbone of our field and warehouse flow—making sure technicians have the right parts, the right tools, and everything is ready when it needs to be.
You’ll handle pickups, deliveries, purchase orders, and inventory organization. Some light cleaning and vehicle tidying are part of the routine—but the main focus is parts, purchasing, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials between suppliers, warehouse, and job sites
- Create and track purchase orders, receipts, and returns
- Organize and label warehouse inventory for accuracy and speed
- Stage parts and materials for upcoming installs and service jobs
- Keep trucks stocked, fueled, cleaned and ready for daily deployment
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist with light facility tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive personality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move efficiently through the day
- Good communication and organization skills
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or purchasing experience preferred
