Description
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a strategic, marketing-led growth plan focused on Teen and Kids orthodontics, including professional education, sales enablement, doctor engagement, digital communication, campaign execution and performance tracking across EMEA
Role expectations
• Support the execution of the EMEA Teen & Kids Ortho marketing plan, ensuring activities remain aligned with the overall strategy, timeline, and campaign priorities.
• Coordinate marketing-led initiatives across professional education, doctor engagement, sales enablement, paid and organic social, email, webinars and in-practice materials.
• Help maintain project trackers, content calendars, asset repositories, campaign timelines, localization status and follow-up actions across central and local teams.
• Support the preparation of internal updates, marketing performance reviews, executive summaries, and market follow-up materials using clear, structured, and action-oriented communication.
• Track and consolidate key marketing indicators such as leads, email performance, campaign engagement, webinar attendance, content usage, submitters, CCAs and adoption-related insights.
• Support collaboration with local marketing teams to collect market inputs, monitor local activation, identify gaps, and share best practices across EMEA.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution by helping capture learnings, organize feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
What we're looking for
· Strong interest in healthcare, orthodontics, professional marketing, education, and digital campaign execution.
· Structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.
· Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with campaign results, engagement metrics, performance trackers and Excel-based reporting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear summaries and practical next steps.
· Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset, with confidence working across functions and with international teams.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management, marketing automation, CRM, BI, or data visualization tools is a plus.
· Fluent in English written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
