Responsibilities

 

• Assist with legal research and analysis on various cases and legislation
• Draft legal documents, including memos, contracts, and briefs
• Attend client meetings and take notes to support discussions and strategic planning
• Support the team in case management and organizing documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing files

Qualifications

 

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program, preferably with a focus in Pre-Law or a related field
• Strong interest in legal issues and a desire to learn more about the legal process
• Excellent research and writing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
