Manager, Sales Enablement Group Brokerage

What is the opportunity?

Are you a subject matter expert in Group Business Solutions with strong presentation and training abilities? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

In this role, you'll impact our Group Brokerage Wholesaling team's success through strategic enablement and field support. Your expertise will enhance how our wholesalers support their brokers.

What will you do?

Partner with Head of Group Sales and Business Development Manager to identify enablement needs and develop strategic initiatives Support RBCI Group wholesalers through in-field training, consultation, and presentation support Build engaging content, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, and conduct presentation dry-runs Monitor sales results and customize initiatives to meet established targets

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Strong collaborator with proven communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Industry designations
• Professional sales experience that demonstrates passion achieved through opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets
• Advanced insurance product knowledge and active in the Insurance Industry
• Advanced knowledge of sales concepts in both upskilling advisors and execution with clients.
• Strong consulting, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Proven success with relationship management 
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Communication and writing skills in French is an asset.
• Office Location: 6880 Financial Drive, Mississauga, Ont.
• Be able to travel to Quebec & Vancouver upon request
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
• Must have an active LLQP.
• Travel: 25-50%

• University education or equivalent in a relevant field
• Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
