Senior Finance System Specialist

Your new position 
As our new Senior Finance System Specialist, you will play a central role in optimizing and evolving our D365 Finance & Operations platform. The role combines deep system expertise with hands-on project management, spanning finance and supply chain improvements, process automation, and the practical adoption of AI across the finance organization. You will report to the Head of Reporting & Analytics and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. 

We offer exciting responsibilities: 

• Project manage and drive D365 F&O improvements across finance and supply chain domains, such as project accounting and inventory management.
• Maximize the utilization of AI within the finance team, identifying and implementing practical use cases that improve efficiency and insight.
• Lead system improvement initiatives cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT around shared priorities.
• Act as the company’s representative towards third-party vendors and implementation partners, managing scope, quality, and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring robust design, documentation, and adherence to financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and process automation, embedding best practices and supporting change management and user adoption.

Your profile 
A structured and proactive problem-solver who bridges business and technology with ease. Thrives in a cross-functional environment, communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and brings a willingness to take initiative. Digitally savvy, curious about emerging technologies, and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.

• Several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on finance and supply chain modules
• Proven project management experience leading system improvement and implementation initiatives
• Solid accounting understanding and the ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions
• Exposure and interest in AI finance use cases
• Effective stakeholder and vendor management, with clear communication in English

You will join Finance & Accounting, reporting to the Head of Reporting & Analytics, and working closely with colleagues across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. The team’s purpose is to support value creation through efficient, high-quality, and user-centric financial processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver on key priorities.
