Project Coordinator
Location: Ghana (Remote)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)
Employment: Contract managed by IQVIA
IQVIA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a short-term project in Ghana. This is a fully remote opportunity for a professional with strong coordination, administration, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings and follow-up actions.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and escalate risks or delays where required.
- Support overall project administration and communication activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or operations support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
