POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team in all activities required to complete the acquisition of new business. This can include but is not limited to, customer pricing schedules, facilitating customer contracts, waste profiling, CRM support, customer direct communications, and working with operations to determine capabilities, set and manage scheduling and coordinate with necessary corporate functions to assist in executing a sale. The Sales Support Coordinator will ensure streamlined communications and consistent documentation throughout the entire lifecycle of key strategic opportunities across sales.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with assigned Sales Executives to understand their prospect identification and acquisition strategies and assist with administrative workflows, including analyzing and monitoring information related to specific opportunities with CRM platform.
• Collaborate with the Sales team in helping to track strategic follow-up action items during the sales process. Supports efforts of the sales enablement and proposals team as needed.
• Assists with Revenue Expansion at Existing Accounts by working with assigned Sales Executives to understand their current accounts, their growth strategies, and how you can assist.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance your ability to support sales effectively.
• Create and maintain a project plan to ensure accurate and timely support for the sales team.
• Review and respond to specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. Deliver on all support requests in compliance with company expectations and values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Working knowledge of the sales process
• Experience with CRM management and structure
• Strong relationship building experience and abilities
• Strong technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role that includes strategic planning as well as identifying and addressing customer needs.
