As our next Planner, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient flow of materials from receiving through production and shipment. Your expertise in production planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, and ERP systems will be critical to maintaining customer service levels, optimizing inventory, and supporting manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Generate and maintain Shop Floor Schedules and Material Usage Control Lists (MUCL).
• Create system orders to support customer requirements and production demands.
• Monitor forecasts and analyze changes in customer demand requirements.
• Confirm delivery commitments and support customer service requirements.
• Follow up on daily production performance and material availability.
• Review inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to support operations.
• Support engineering changes and product phase-in/phase-out activities.
• Manage Oracle MPS/MRP planning processes and system transactions.
• Develop and communicate supplier material requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier delivery performance.
• Support production scheduling to ensure customer requirements are met on time.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies and support three-way match reconciliation activities.
• Generate purchase and replenishment orders for materials.
• Coordinate logistics requirements and communicate delivery instructions to freight forwarders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to materials planning and inventory management.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, materials management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of material planning and logistics processes.
• Experience with production scheduling, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle MPS/MRP systems or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing supplier schedules and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization and cost reduction strategies.
• Experience supporting engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
