About the Role
• The role focused on providing accurate and efficient services in employee lifecycle administration related affairs, HR activities and projects to improve employee experience.• Provide reliable day-to-day HR administrative support, including HR data management, documentation, file maintenance, and timely follow-ups to keep HR processes running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity, ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately and reports are dependable.
• Assist with HR compliance tasks such as policy acknowledgments, recordkeeping, and audit-ready documentation aligned with company standards and local regulations.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to support innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in HR professionalism
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for completing procedures related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfer procedures including files preparation and signing, employee orientation training, document & data entry, system processes, etc.
• C&B support: Manage intern/contractor attendance, support payroll-related information inputs (e.g., referral bonus, dependent medical benefit deductions, taxable items, SSPF, etc.), and handle leave approvals in Workday.
• Benefits & other HR services: Support social insurance/housing fund changes with P&R, coordinate company events (e.g., Fruit Day, Christmas) and reimbursements, issue HR certificates, facilitate business Visa etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in both physical and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support for staff inquiries about company procedures and policies.
Assist in HR activities and projects.

• Achieve timely and quality-driven outcomes.
• Stakeholder feedback on project delivery as a critical performance metric.
Enhance overall organizational efficiency and business effectiveness.

Internal: 50%
- Internal collaboration with Staffs and HR team.
External: 30%
- External vendor engagement
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in HR, Data, Management is preferred.
· Minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Good command of written English
