Position Summary:
The Director of Enterprise Performance serves as a strategic partner to operational leaders, providing the tools, frameworks, insights, and leadership necessary to improve productivity, quality, patient experience, and financial performance. This position leads to operational improvement initiatives through the application of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making. The Director works collaboratively with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement standardized processes, strengthen operational performance, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This position requires the ability to influence and lead change across a multi-site organization without direct authority.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
Master's degree, MBA, or related advanced degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, business transformation, consulting, performance improvement, or a related field.
Demonstrated success leading operational improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results in a multi-site or distributed environment.
Experience partnering with operational leaders and developing performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
Healthcare, healthcare services, private equity-backed, or multi-site operations experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving approaches, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to lead change and gain stakeholder commitment without direct authority.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial performance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site, and changing organizational environment.
Demonstrated commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and achieving measurable results.
