Your Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Handle incoming customer calls in German
Assist with billing, administrative, and product-related inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Update customer information in internal systems
Escalate complex cases when required
Identify relevant sales opportunities
Deliver an excellent customer experience

You'll work from the office as part of an international team.
Working hours:
Monday–Sunday
Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00
8-hour, 6-hour, or 4-hour shifts available
Possible future extension until 01:00 (currently not confirmed)
