ERP Implementation & Support - Automotive

On behalf of our client, a leading provider of automotive software and technology solutions, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Automotive Aftersales Systems Consultant.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, optimisation, and support of Dealer Management System (DMS) solutions across automotive dealerships, dealer groups, and importers. Working closely with customers, this role focuses on understanding operational requirements, configuring system solutions, delivering user training, and providing ongoing support across parts, workshop, service, warranty, and invoicing functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements and understand operational workflows.
• Review existing aftersales processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and system utilisation.
• Configure DMS solutions to align with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Lead assigned implementation activities from planning through deployment and post-launch support.
• Create and maintain project documentation, system configurations, testing scripts, and training materials.
• Support testing phases, data verification, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and system transitions.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and workshops to ensure successful system adoption.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for DMS users, resolving process, configuration, and data-related queries.
• Monitor and manage support cases through the ticketing platform, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with technical and consulting teams on integrations and cross-functional requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, customer interactions, configurations, and support activities.
• Recommend process enhancements, additional training, or system improvements based on recurring customer needs.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous improvement across the consultancy and support functions.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience within the automotive aftersales sector or automotive business systems environment.
• Good understanding of service operations, workshop management, parts administration, warranty processing, and invoicing workflows.
• Experience working with or supporting Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve business processes.
• Ability to translate operational needs into practical system solutions.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience delivering user training and preparing functional documentation.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to Keyloop, Autoline, or similar automotive DMS platforms.
• Experience in systems implementation, application support, business process consultancy, or automotive operations.
• Availability to travel for customer visits and on-site project activities when required.
