Why does this role exist?
As the client scales its AI-powered operations and its network of remote Executive Assistants, the words clients and EAs read every day — templates, guides, onboarding flows, automated messages — need to stay accurate, consistent, and on-brand without slowing the business down. This role exists to build and own that content infrastructure from the ground up: not just writing copy, but architecting a system of messaging that both humans and automation tools can rely on. The company needs a builder who can spot gaps in messaging or client understanding before they become friction, and fix them proactively.
The Impact you’ll make
Content Creation & Template Management
- Write, edit, and maintain a broad library of standardized messaging, templates, and communications across internal and external channels
- Audit and refine templates so they're highly structured and easily ingestible by AI automation tools
- Draft new messaging architectures for product launches, service expansions, and operational updates
- Organize and version content so both human teams and automated systems can locate the right information quickly
Client Education & Resource Development
- Write and update guides that teach clients how to best delegate to and manage their remote Executive Assistant
- Identify content gaps where clients may be confused, and proactively build self-serve resources to close them
- Maintain consistent formatting and structure across resources to support both human readers and AI-driven search
Lifecycle, Transactional & Automated Copy
- Draft and revise transactional email copy and automated messaging triggers (onboarding, account updates, operational notifications)
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to keep tone consistent across every automated and human touchpoint
Brand Voice & Quality Assurance
- Serve as the day-to-day guardian of the brand's tone — professional, efficient, tech-forward, yet distinctly human
- Review team-drafted and AI-generated content for voice, clarity, and accuracy, giving specific, constructive feedback or prompt refinements
- Maintain and scale the dynamic content style guide and usage guidelines
Internal Enablement & Documentation
- Translate complex policy, product, or automation changes into clear internal reference docs and summary guides for a global team
- Support content rollouts with announcement materials and quick-reference guides
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven experience in copywriting, content design, or a similar messaging-focused role (B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services background strongly preferred)
- A portfolio or work samples demonstrating copywriting expertise, ideally in B2B/tech contexts
- Hands-on experience with a modern CRM, CMS, or content management platform
- Active, hands-on experience using AI writing tools as part of a professional drafting workflow
